Kit for Babies

Our Baby Kit is suitable for newborns up to around the age of 3 or 4 depending on the size of the child. It consists of our non-slip base layers, toppers and sheets, all in cot bed size, and a selection of supports to allow the little one using the kit to lie in a neutral, supported position as they grow. It also comes with one of our Supine Stabilizers to allow for healthy hip development and to prevent destructive leg positioning becoming established.

Kit for Teens and Adults

Our kit for teens and adults is perfect for older people to keep them in a lovely, supported position all night long. It consists of our non-slip base layers, toppers and sheets, all in single bed size, and a selection of supports to allow the person using the kit to lie in a neutral, supported position, whether supine or side lying. It also comes with a choice of one of our leg supports to allow for healthy hip development and to prevent destructive leg positioning becoming established.

Kit for Children

Our Children’s Kit is suitable for young children up to early teens. It consists of our non-slip base layers, toppers and sheets, all in single bed size, and a selection of supports to allow the child using the kit to lie in a neutral, supported position as they grow. It also comes with a leg support to allow for healthy hip development and to prevent destructive leg positioning becoming established.

Kit for Elderly Care

Our positioning kit for Elderly Care is fantastic at supporting older people who are spending a lot of time in bed. Particularly helpful for those people with a diagnosis of dementia, the kit envelopes an individual, giving them fantastic proprioceptive feedback and comfort. By supporting the person with a variety of cushions we can allow their body to relax whilst also preventing complex contractures from developing. Additionally, we can maximise their pressure care by distributing their body over a larger, well supported surface area. The comfort and quality of life improvements provided by this positioning kit can be seen in this piece of work conducted by Salford University.
