Luke Conway
Director & Founder
Role
Luke’s role at LCS is to develop the company into a respected and trusted provider of seating solutions by having a well trained, caring, dedicated and hard working team, which LCS is lucky to have.
Experience
After 4 years with the NHS, Luke worked for a private company for two years before founding LCS in 2008. A total of 22 years in the industry of seating and mobility, still loving it and learning every day.

Robert Parkinson
International Marketing & Sales Manager
Role
Robert manages the Sales Team, safeguarding all customer expectations and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. Robert also provides ongoing product training to his team and arranges regular courses and webinars for groups of therapists across the whole country.
Experience
Working in the Medical Sector for over 20 years, Robert brings a wealth of skills and experience to the Company. His focus is on working towards developing LCS into one of the top Medical Companies in the Country, and in time, the world.

Orla Anderson
Finance Manager
Role
Responsible for the financial and administrative functions and managing the working capital within the business. Orla’s role involves overseeing the process for both customers and suppliers, from the initial quote stage through to invoicing the client and processing supplier invoices.
Experience
Fully qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years professional experience in the manufacturing industry. Passion for ensuring a seamless flow through the business processes with a focus on the elimination of waste.
Paul Williams
Operations Manager
Role
As Operations Manager Paul oversees day-to-day operations for our site in Grange. From Production daily management to leading continuous Improvement projects. Paul has a hands-on approach to day-to-day Production to ensure all operates smoothly.

Andrea Kennedy
Office Administrator
Role
Andrea processes quotations for clients, sourcing pricing from suppliers, dealing with telephone queries.
Experience
Andrea brings knowledge and experience from past roles within the medical device industry, she previously worked for pharmaceutical leaders Abbott and Abbvie, manufacturing medical devices and equipment.
Denise Haran
Office Administrator
Role
Denise provides admin support to our clinical sales team operating throughout Ireland. Working on pricing from our worldwide suppliers and quotations for our clients. She also liaises with clients, suppliers and the general public on a daily basis with queries over the phone and through email.
Experience
Denise has over 10 years experience as an administrator, having worked in offices in Ireland, UK and the USA.
Regina Feeney
Accounts Assistant
Role
Regina provides administrative support to our finance manager with the day-to-day running of the accounts department, maintaining records of purchase orders, raising and sending invoices, processing payments, chasing up debt and reconciling bank accounts.
Experience
Regina maintained accounts for over thirty years in a family-run business. She was also Volunteer Teller with North Sligo Credit Union and Teller st Sligo Credit Union. She has been with LCS for 11 years.
Sinéad Rooney
Purchase Administrator
Role
Sinead is responsible for purchasing all items required for systems, stock, manufacturing etc
Liaising with clients in relation to lead times and ETA’s, and with suppliers in relation to pricing and lead times.
Experience
Over 14 years history of working in the consumer services industry. Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Event Planning, Customer Service, Data Entry, and General Office Management/Administration.
Ahab Asher
Marketing Lead
Role
Ahab runs the internal and external Marketing processes at LCS. Printed materials, Social Media, Events, Email and the Website.
Experience
9 years experience, largely in Demand Generation, End-to-End Sales and Account Management for SaaS companies before earning an MSc in Marketing, Consumption & Society and moving into the Marketing space.

Robert Branley
Production Lead
Role
Robbie oversees day to day production of custom made products to suit our client needs.

Experience
Robbie has been with us for over 3 years. Before joining LCS, he spent many years working in his family business hire/sales and repairing tools and garden equipment.
Muhammad Mahmudul Haque
Lead Production Engineer
Role
As Lead Production Engineer Muhammad specialises in optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement at LCS. His role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory compliance standards.
Experience
With 14 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Manufacturing Excellence, Muhammad is dedicated to delivering engineered and strategic solutions to the organisation.
Yvonne Jordan
Production Planner
Role
Yvonne ensures manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently by monitoring employees and organising workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules in our workshop.
Experience
Yvonne is a highly efficient and diligent professional with 18 years of experience in busy office environments. Enthusiasm for delivering excellent service to customers. Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Michael Foran
Warehouse Administrator
Role
Michael is responsible for all goods coming in and out. He manages all stock, goods & demo chairs, as well as assembly for production on chairs & buggies.
Experience
Michael has 16 years of warehouse experience, having also worked both in retail and customer service. He previously worked for Protek Medical, where he gained a lot of experience in manufacturing medical devices.
David Fox
Production Technician
Role
David carries out assemblies. He also operates our CNC machine, coming to us with a degree in Precision Engineering and design.
Experience
David is a recent graduate in Precision Engineering and Design, joining our team in January 2023.
David Savage
Production Technician
Role
David’s role includes manufacturing custom products and use of 3D CAD and design software to achieve customer specifications.
Experience
David joined LCS with 8 years’ experience in the manufacturing/engineering sector. Mostly working within aluminium fabrication and magnetic assemblies for a range of different industries, in addition to working for 2 years in clinical health sciences microbiology laboratory.

Role
Bart is our Custom Seating Specialist in Dublin and the rest of Leinster. He largely works with clients with complex seating needs.
Experience
With a Bachelor’s of Engineering (B. ENG) in Human Kinetic Engineering, Bart comes with 14 years of experience within complex seating.

Bobby Garrett
Mobility Sales Specialist
Role
Our man in the North! Bobby works across Northern Ireland, Cavan, Monaghan, Louth, and Meath, providing 24-hour postural management solutions. He assesses individuals for mobility and postural support products and works closely with therapy teams to deliver solutions that meet each person’s needs.
Experience
With over 20 years’ experience in prescribing mobility equipment, specialist seating, and physiotherapy products, Bobby brings valuable expertise to the Company. He has worked with adult and paediatric therapy teams across Ireland and the UK to create practical solutions that improve comfort, independence, and quality of life for their service users.

Oran Burke
Mobility Sales Specialist
Role
24hr postural management solutions including mobility, seating and sleep support systems for clients. Providing a client centred approach that ensures the client, and their families requirements are fulfilled, from assessment to delivery. Oran covers parts of the West and Midlands of Ireland.
Experience
Registered Occupational Therapist with clinical experience working with adults and paediatric clients in Disability and Primary Care Services. Oran looks to continue to expanding his knowledge while leveraging his clinical background to help with the assessment process and client interaction.

Role
Covering the Leinster region, Paul provides Sleeping and Seating solutions to clients and their families. A Coru registered Physical Therapist for over 15 years with a background in Ergonomics.
Experience
Paul worked in private practice for 15 years, treating everyone from elite sports athletes to the elderly. With over 7 years experience as an Ergonomist working for some of Irelands leading Ergonomics companies.
As a parent of a child with physical and intellectual disabilities, Paul understands the complexities and individual needs of our clients, from initial assessment to the end user experience.
