When someone is using an Air-Flow or Low-Air Loss mattress it is very important that supports are adapted in order to ensure that the individual still gets the maximum benefit from their mattress. For this reason we do not use the mesh base system or topper in this situation and, instead, we adapt our supports to include mesh to be used directly on top of the mattress.

Our Lateral Supports with mesh are firm supports which can be used in the same way our regular Lateral Supports are used but they go directly on to the pressure mattress. The mesh is inbuilt in to the padded cover meaning it can grip the mattress and goes directly under the sheet as can be seen in the images here.
